As a crossover fund, Integral can continue to hold private investments for many years after an IPO or acquisition. Integral views the IPO of a portfolio company as a chance to increase our investment in a successful company rather than as a liquidation event. As Integral increases its investment in an IPO and in the public market, the value-added investor role can be extended for years into the future.
