About UsOur Strategy

Integral Capital Partners operates a family of partnerships that invests in expansion-stage private and growth-stage public companies in the information and life sciences industries. In order to help our portfolio companies reach maximum potential, Integral has developed a network of investors, venture affiliates, and industry executives who act as resources for Integral portfolio companies. With our insights and network of business development resources, Integral Capital Partners offers the promise of value-added investing to our portfolio companies.

Integral pursues investments that benefit from a number of long-term, compelling themes across both publicly traded and private technology firms. By combining the long-term insights developed in the private market with the executive relationships developed in the public market we can maximize our ability to be active, value-added investors. By operating in both markets we make better investment decisions across our entire business and we develop more valuable insights on business development opportunities, financing decisions, business combinations, marketing campaigns, and public relations efforts for our portfolio companies.

Integral Capital Partners invests in companies at all stages of company development beyond the start-up phase. Integral typically invests between 20% and 50% of the original capital of each partnership in private companies and buyout opportunities, with the remaining balance invested in high-growth public companies. Integral does not hold any board seats.
