Integral Capital Partners has developed a wide variety of partnerships with the leading participants in the information technology and life sciences industries. Through these partnerships, Integral can access valuable insights and unique resources on behalf of our portfolio companies.
- Integral was incubated within Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers in 1991. Integral's principals continue to collaborate with the KPCB partners in the pursuit of investment excellence. While Integral focuses on the same markets as KPCB, we maintain an independent investment program that focuses on companies beyond the start-up stage.
- In 1999, Integral Capital Partners co-founded Silver Lake Partners. Silver Lake is a private equity investment partnership focused on large scale, control oriented transactions in technology and related growth businesses. Integral co-invests a portion of its capital in selected Silver Lake Partners investments.
- Integral maintains relationships with a number of well-known venture capital firms outside of KPCB. Integral's network of venture capital relationships as well as its limited partners provides significant private investment deal flow.
